DANCE MOViES Commission 2011-2012

Registration for 2011-2012 is now open. If you have already registered, log in below to access your applications. Otherwise, simply fill out the registration form to get started. You will receive an e-mail confirmation after you set up your account. You will be able to save your application in progress, and come back later to work on it if you need to.

Application Process

Online registration available: March 15 - April 18, 2011

The application process for the first round is online. You will be asked to fill out a form and upload a PDF of required documents. SAVED APPLICATIONS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE SUBMITTED AT MIDNIGHT, APRIL 18, 2011 (please remember to click "Save!"). Should your project be selected to be reviewed by the panel as part of the short-list, you will then be invited to supplement your online application with work samples.

  1. Register for an account. Provide your name, e-mail, and account information. You'll automatically be signed in. If you have submitted an application previously, you may use the same account to speed up the application process.
  2. Fill out an application. Once you're logged in, as a lead artist, you may submit up to two applications. Please have the following information ready before starting each application:
    • Project Summary
    • Total Runtime
    • Project Format
    • Artist Websites/URLs of Work Samples
    • Collaborators & Their Roles
    • Total Project Budget
    • EMPAC's Portion of the Budget
    • PDF of required documents
  3. Upload the PDF of required documents. Please see guidelines for full description of PDF contents.
  4. Save your application. Your application will be available to edit and review until the deadline. After April 18, your application will be automatically submitted as-is, and you will no longer be able to access your application to make changes. Please be sure you have fully reviewed your application before the deadline.
